All students are welcome! We are an extension of San Jose City College and provide the same great services as the main campus and more.

We offer courses at the extension that are held mostly in the evening to accommodate our working students.

MILPITAS PROMISE

Milpitas Unified School District high school graduates are able to enroll at San Jose City College through the Milpitas Promise Program. Benefits of the program include: 

  • No tuition or fees
  • No-cost textbooks
  • Additional academic and personal support
  • Guided pathways that lead to degree of a career and/or transfer.

DUAL ENROLLMENT

All high school students in the Milpitas Unified School District can take San Jose City College  courses as early as 11th grade as part of their high school program. Our program is designed to provide alternative pathways to college and careers.
 
We have developed three, 2-year pathways that allow students to graduate high school with at least 24 transferable general education units. 
 
Tuition, fees, and textbooks are included in our program.

SJCC offers three levels of developmental math courses dedicated to Milpitas Unified School District high school students during the summer at no charge. This program is intended for students who wish to accelerate (skip) into their next math course or those who wish to "preview" their courses in order to improve their grades.
